What Is Fascia Stretching?

Laura is a fitness enthusiast who loves to help others discover what their bodies can do. As a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and a Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist, Laura designs programs that cater specifically to women preparing for or recovering from childbirth.

How Does it Work?

Fascia Stretching gently targets the deep layers of connective tissue surrounding your muscles. During a session, we'll use controlled, manual stretching techniques to identify areas of tightness and gradually release built-up tension. By carefully holding and then releasing these stretches, we help break down adhesions and restore the natural pliability of your fascia. This process improves your range of motion, enhances blood flow, and reduces discomfort, allowing your body to move more freely and feel more relaxed overall.
